National Coach Peter Ahmedu endorses WESIE.

Coach Peter Ahmedu explained to the Sun’s Joe Apu why attending WESIE is a priority for him. He explained that he had to fly direct to Imo state from Abuja where he had just met with the President after winning the 2017 Afrobasket Competition with the national team. He reiterated the value of such competitions for him in scouting for new players for both the senior and junior national team as well as for the professional team he runs.

He endorsed the programme for which he has been a regular attender since the tournament started in 2016 and gave an update of future plans for the national team…..hear from the man himself…
