WESIE Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Women’s Elite Sports Empowerment Initiative (WESIE). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “platform” or “our platforms”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of the WESIE Platform, including including our App, courses and programs. We may update these Terms periodically, and changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform. By using WESIE platforms, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Maintain the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@wesieonline.com. WESIE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: Use the Platform to engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities. Copy, distribute, or modify Platform content without permission. Interfere with the Platform’s functionality or security.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including courses, books, and expert materials, is owned by WESIE or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by our platforms.
6. User-Generated Content
By submitting content (e.g., comments, feedback), you grant WESIE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our platforms. You represent that your content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
7. Payments and Refunds
Certain programs, courses or services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for purchased services. WESIE is not responsible for errors in payment processing.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. WESIE is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with them are at your own risk.
9. Termination
WESIE may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but these Terms’ provisions on intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution remain in effect.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WESIE will make every reasonable effort to ensure content and services delivered through our platform are accurate and to the highest of standards. However, your use of the platform and application of the content is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WESIE, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by relevant laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
